In this one off class, you’ll be joined by one of our amazing ceramicists to learn how to create your very own planter pot to decorate your home with or to gift as a thoughtful handmade object. Are you a total beginner? No worries! All our workshops are designed for you… we’ll guide you every step of the way!

Needing to add some greenery to your house, garden or balcony? What better way than making your very own planter pot to house your new plant!
+ Lesson length
This 2 hour class is dedicated to teaching you the ins and outs to understand the fundamentals of pinch pots/slab with slip application to create your planter. Pinch pots and slab are one of the first techniques taught in ceramics, and an essential technique in hand building practices.
+ What you will make
Learning to hand roll coils to make a planter pot. With a focus on form and functionality, students will walk away with a better understanding of ceramic hand-building techniques as well as a beautiful planter handmade by you!
Class sizes are strictly limited (sorry, you must be over 16 years to attend)
