Mastering your Handbuilding skills but don't need another tutorial?

This is a self led class ideal for those with a foundational knowledge of handbuilding, who are interested in exploring their skills further and applying it to their own designs with a variety of techniques that they are mastering.  

+ Structure

In this six week course you will get to apply handbuilding techniques you already know to designs of your choice, furthering your confidence in ceramics, while pushing you to create work that is more complex, be it at a larger scale or with finessed techniques. 

This course is designed around personal projects of your choice.  Our tutor will be on hand if you have any questions or need any guidance, but this is a self led practice. Perfect for those wanting to further their skills but can't commit to a membership.

+ Lesson length

Classes are 2 hrs long, and sessions run for six consecutive weeks. Same day, same time.

Please ensure you can attend ALL six consecutive dates, as we cannot offer make-up classes or switches.  

+ Foundational experience required

This course is designed for those with a foundational level of experience with handbuilding.  It is not designed for absolute beginners.

 

+ How do I book

Please note: only the FIRST date of the session is listed on our booking calendar below.  You only need to book in for  the first date of the session and you will be automatically signed up for all 6 consecutive weeks.

+ Payment plans & Students

We understand that it is sometimes hard to have the upfront money for courses so we do offer payment plans for our courses. Just email us at hello@claywollongong.com and we can set you up. 

We offer student discounts to those who hold a current, valid Australian student ID card. Courses are reduced to $300 for the 6 weeks.  Use code STUDENT6W . Please note; you MUST present your valid student ID on the first lesson of your course otherwise you will have to pay the difference of the course.
